The Valadiers - I Found A Girl
Time for a Motown oldie again. This is my Motorcity favourite at the moment from Motown's first white group. This was their third single, their first single was Greetings (This Is Uncle Sam) / Take A Chance (Miracle 1961) and their second single was Because I Love Her / While I'm Away (Gordy 1962). I Found A Girl from their third single released in 1963 I think is their best. So enjoy this golden Motown-gem. Motorcity soul at its best.

The Simon Orchestra - Dancing Suite
Not the best picture but the best I could do with my cellphone since my digital camera is broke and I couldn't find a picture on the net. Anyway, the song is a knockout disco bomb! A 7" single I've had in my collection for a long time but that I had to dust of since I had rediscovered how good it really was.

Auschwitz survivor: "I can identify with Palestinian youth"
I really love these intelectual jews that aren't brainwashed by zionism and that talks about true judaism. Go to this link and read a short interview with an Auschwitz survivor called Hajo Meyer, author of the book The End of Judaism.
Isadora Juice - Donna Automatica
I found this today in a second hand store. Do you think I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe I should have heard about this before but for some reason it just passed me by earlier. Anyway, this italo-discopop record is really good. One track that struck me more than the others was this one, Donna Automatica. I couldn't really place where I had heard it before, but then it hit me. Electric Six must have sampled it to their song Danger! High Voltage. Have a listen for yourself...
